There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. DO NOT WAIT TO GET SQUARED AWAY!

I just returned from having my 2010 RSS Squared Away in Las Vegas by Joe and Ann. Simply put, the "drive" there and the "RYDE" home (same route) were 2 completely different experiences! It's a case of not knowing you had a problem until it is fixed, then you realize how big your problem was. Joe found my RF tire was toed out 1.5". That doesn't sound like much, but in hindsight it was causing my Spyder to wander, and me to fight the steering at all times. Uneven pavement, crowned roads, and TURNS especially. I attributed this to wind buffeting, passing vehicles, and the "nature of the beast"... WRONG! After the alignment, my Spyder might as well have been on a rail, it was just that solid! A ways into the return trip, I realized I still had the "death grip" on the handlebars that was required before the alignment, and had to force myself to relax it. That's when the true joy RYDE appeared and all became good in my Spyder World! The Spyder is just a different machine when it glides so effortlessly. DO NOT WAIT TO GET SQUARED AWAY!
Joe and Ann work right in front of you and thoroughly explain everything they are doing. Plus, Squared Away offers you something FREE that is seldom seen today...FRIENDSHIPS! And if you visit them in their shop in Las Vegas, you get 2 bonus friendships, Max and Bo!
A great service by 2 great SpyderLovers. Thanks Joe and Ann, I appreciate it very much!
Dan

I agree 100%

Joe and Ann know what they are doing and more!

Honord to call them my friends :ohyea:

Ahhhh....

Their a fine pair...even in a good way..:roflblack::roflblack: They have been at it for a while. They have gotten so good at it that they can line you up and make you sparkle and shine at the same time. :2thumbs: but the difference can be quite noticeable even if you are only slightly out... Glad you made it out there...

Since my laser alignment my arms and hands are much less fatigued as I don't have to fight the correct the wander my Spyder used to do.

Glad you hear you are enjoying the smoother ride on the Spyder after getting the alignment.

I had about 20,000 miles on mine when I met Joe and Ann. Great people, and you're right, Joe explains everything as he goes along. Mine was only slightly out of alignment, so I didn't notice a huge difference, but it was worth the time and money, if only to meet those two awesome humans.

The most worthwhile part of my visit was when Joe talked me into (it didn't take much talking) letting them install the cat bypass. Those two teamed up and made it look easy! I recommend that anyone who has the opportunity, take your Spyder to Squared Away.

Glad you like it! It really is so much fun to ride when they are correctly set up! My biggest kick is to see the joy. Folks who have fought their bike for years are now loving it! We do appreciate your kind words, and love to hear it! The friendships are priceless! We have friends around the world from Spyderlovers, and Squaring folks away. We are honored by those friendships! Last week, when we pulled into Deadwood, the area we were parking in was full....full of our friends! People from LA, CA, MN, UT, WA and VA! Everywhere we looked was another friend! It was awesome! It was awesome to meet Dan, today! Thanks again, Joe

Thats great, but are you ever going to come to SC hopefully close to Charleston?

We go where we get invited! Put together a group that needs our help, and we roll! We need enough folks to make it make sense, but we love to go! We have trips to CA, UT and TX in the next 60 days, but see if your group would like us to come. Call or PM. For your effort, our host is done for free! We love Charleston!!

Thanks for the testimonials...however...

...however....it boggles my mind to think an EXPENSIVE vehicle like this isn't spot on aligned when we buy them new! Can you imagine what the response would be in the automotive industry if this was the "norm" there? :lecturef_smilie: I'm definitely going to get mine done.

AGREED

Makes me wonder how these are shipped to the dealers. Are they COMPLETELY assembled? Is this a dealer final prep issue? Or did the Can Am folks just "miss" one of the simplest pieces of a very complicated puzzle? Although this was a fairly new design concept when introdued, you would think BRP engineers would make road geometry and running STRAIGHT down the road a high priority:dontknow:

Yahoo, where are y'all going to be in Texas and when????

We will be at the Texas HIll Country Ride, October 13 to 15 at Coyote Powersports in Boerne, TX. Come on up and let us get you squared away and meet some great people and ride some awesome roads too.

An Opportunity...

The fantastic folks at Squared Away (Ann and Joe) have graciously agreed to join us as a Vendor at the NOR CAL SPYDER RALLY Sept 13-15! You should make plans to get an alignment done when your there! I put on new tires all around a few months back and will certainly be taking advantage of this opportunity to git'er done!

Hope to see you there!

Here's what your spyder looks like when it's initially uncreated at the dealer.

They do it on the spot while you watch. It doesn't take long at all.

It's a bit over $100 but I don't recall exactly how much.

It's worth a ride to Vegas!

Hey Kenn, if you want to take a ride to Vegas, I'm game. I'd love to visit Joe and Ann.
