Disturbing Spyder at J&P Cycles open house

At first I was excited to see a Spyder at the J&P Cycles open house in Anamosa, Iowa today... Upon further inspection this thing was covered in REAL spiders! :shocked:

Everywhere I looked, there was a perserved spider in some kind of epoxy stuck to various locations on the yellow Spyder, I couldn't tell you what all the species were, other then the huge tarantula on the "tank".

I only took the two pics as it was very unique, but frankly, I was creeped out. :yikes:

Only worse thing I could think of seeing would be a clown on a Spyder!

Now why would anyone want to kill a spider and stick it on a spyder?! We have 3 tarantulas - live ones. They are so cool to watch! Killer, Rosey & Charlie. The only one I won't go near is Charlie - he is very mean.... that one belongs to HDX.
