• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Discrimination

How many of us prefer an 8mm wrench, to a 5/16" one?
I don't like screwdrivers with skinny handles. I can't apply enough force to properly strip the screw-head...
I never like Gray motorcycles or cars: they blend into the background too easily.
Do you like smooth roads; or those that have lots of potholes?
How about the Ketchup and Mustard options, in the Hot Dog wars?
(Let's not even mention the whole "Boxers or Briefs" issue...)

"Discriminate": to differentiate, or recognize a distinction...

It's not really such a bad thing at all; is it? :D

I would say "choices" rather than discrimination. Discrimination seems to have a bad connotation these days.:yes:

And, I prefer mustard only on the dogs please.

Hi IdahoMtnSpyder,

Re: I'm not picky

Many years ago, my then wife & I were having dinner in a fairly nice restaurant. My steak did not come and I had ordered it cooked. I asked the waiter to take it back & cook it just a little more.

My then wife said, 'Why are you so picky?'

I looked her right in the eye and said, 'I picked you didn't I?'

She never brought it up again.

Quick - someone swing by Bob's and buy a big, complicated policy - he really needs something to do!

Ok Bob, I'll play along. Smooth roads. Mustard. Boxer/briefs - but the question would be which ones... Hanes or Fruit of the Loom ? :roflblack::roflblack:

I'm with you Bob. We were brought up to understand that a little discrimination was a desirable attribute.

Im not sure metric versus SAE. I can do more damage with my pliers.

The word DISCRIMINATION is used today for CONTROL.

I'll have the yellow mustard on a hot dog, please

Interesting. ...

To discriminate you have to dislike others choices...I like what I like and I don't care what anyone else likes...:ohyea:
