• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Disabled Vet another wheelchair rider

Guest what is lurking in my garage as I type. A fresh 2009 SM5 fresh out of the crate. Even thou it was 39 degrees, the roads where dry and i put about 30 miles on her. YA BABY this soldier is back in the wind. Amazing the way she soaks up the bumps and the WOW factor from folks is crazy. Thank you all for the input and thoughts on the machine.

Thats great. So they got your shifter installed and everything? Congrats on the first of many, many joyful rides.

Negative on the shifter. I am able to shift alot easier then thought do to foot placement. May not need to go with a shifter, just yet. What a neat machine...

If your nervous about a automatic, buy a manuel and put a thumb controled electric shift on it.Someone else posted about it on here a while ago.He had the same problem with his left leg.

Sir,

Thank you for the suggestion to go this route, which is what I did. I have a 2009 SM5 in my garage now and am researching shifters. I know pingle has been in the game awhile....

And yes to who ever said keep the check book out. Just ordered a Micron pipe for the bike thru No Magic. Really nice folks to deal with, thank you.

Like I kid I was up till 0300 looking at my bike. Going to take advantage of the snowy day and put a nice coat of wax on her.
