Besides, people should realise that not all 'disabilities' are obvious &/or outwardly visible, nor, as you rightly pointed out, how much difficulty & pain a person might be in, even if they might 'look' to them as being perfectly fine as they climb out of or off whatever form of transportation they might use! I've noticed over the years that it seems those with greater disabilities seem to be more resolved than those with less debilitating issues. Sadly a local incident took a bad turn when two individuals took an incident further than necessary. According to witnesses, two disabled old farts got into a pushing/shoving match over a DV parking spot and one of them slipped and fell hitting his head on the pavement and died as a result. No charges were ever filed.
