I weighed 145 two days ago...have had 1 granola bar, 2 pieces of bread..and water in the last 48 hrs...not feeling like the first chicken of spring at present
My memory may be a little faulty here; but, were you the one who was drinking a lot of coffee to lose a few pounds? I think you were around 160, and wanted to lose a few more. If you were the one, check this out. I was surfing the net b/c I thought I remembered you from mentioning coffee. If it wasn't you, don't bother looking, and I'll remove this later.
