Those are probably hand-built examples; meant for demo rides only.
The 2013 ST Limited that I tried out back in November, 2012 was such a vehicle... the Rep said that it had a value of about a quarter of a million dollars!

No Lie... it's what they told me. :yikes:

They shut down Spyder Production each year in June; it gives them a chance to prepare for the new year's build...
The Demo units may have been either hand built. or VERY early production line builds... perhaps something that they'd do, to test out the line...

You can ride one of them there. That's where the demo truck is headed. Check the BRP event page to see where/when these's F3's will be in your neighborhood.
