Deep scratch on Frunk hood

I have a scratch on my frunk hood - it is a 2017 F3-Limited

Any advice on how to remove it? I tried some auto products and they did not work.

If you have a "deep" scratch, you aren't going to remove it; it probably will require some touch up paint.

If it's DEEP it's likely that too much will have to be sanded off to eliminate it .... you could get of small tube of Auto body FINISH filler ( not BONDO that has to be mixed with a hardner ) ... Tape both sides of the Scratch as close as you can ... apply filler ... let cure .... then WET sand with 400 first then move up to 800 .... what will be tricky is painting it ... you can WET sand the color coat start with 800 and then apply clear .... good luck ... I've had some luck with this .... After I removed my RT antennae and added a Bosche retractable ( in a different location ) I decided to fill the OEM hole in .... I has to go with BONDO and did it the way I described ... I was able to match the Pearl White color with a Spray paint .... most say can't find where I did it .... Mike :thumbup:

If it is truly a deep scratch, your best bet might be to look into getting a decal or wrap to go on the frunk. It might be able to be covered up with some sort of racing stripe.
