My 2010 has already found a new home... :thumbup:I know who ever gets the 2012 RT I traded in at PitBull is going to get a good deal. Very solid ride and still under warranty plus BEST.
Just last month my wife purchased a new 2013 RTS/SM5 for 17,699
The problem, is that the 2014s are that good!
I don't know. The 2013 has the same chassis as the 2014. The only real change is the new motor and every review I have read says that the HP gain is NOMINAL and it comes with an extra 60 lbs of weight. The V-Twin is a proven motor and the 1330 is new and already having teething problems. Also, not all 2013s had heat problems and there is a new ECM update to address those that do. I guess I'm looking at it the other way - people in the market for a Spyder can get into a 2013, new or used, at a great price point and pretty much have the same bike.
And I couldn't be happier for you! nojoke :2thumbs:

Right on Stewert.....2013 with $2500.00 in mods will gain you Hp and cost you less than taking a bath on trade. The prices the 13 are being traded for are a slap in the gonads IMHO.
$13000.00 trade so less than $8K in value in less than year? Do you know how much Hp you can get out of the 13 motor? Allot for $8K and but the way how much do you need?
What this thread reminds me of is the cheerleader section for BRP they make it look like taking a $8-12K bath is OK that drop in value is obnoxious to say the least and like I said I will stick few grand to fix the BRPM problems rather than take bath but actually some part of me want to just dump this thing and go back to the Victory or F6
Try trading a Victory back in to a Victory dealer. I know, I tried. Got more money at a BMW dealer. :roflblack: Tom :trike:
