• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Well, I am sure you can guess why. I need a new brake peddle and I have been waiting two weeks now. My Ryker is just a paper weight till then. :gaah:
 
Can’t understand why dealer can’t get parts.....borders still open to highway haulers, truckers are still hauling in both directions. I think I’d try another dealer, that doesn’t make sense, unless i’m missing something.

:thumbup: you & me both, However similar problems at my dealer too:dontknow::banghead: FYI had a chrome mirror accent was damaged. Replacement took weeks to arrive, additional delay was delivered to dealer that had to then send to me, & then is wrong part. :gaah: Who dropped ball when & where:dontknow: maybe too much virus mess complicating the simple things :roflblack: :popcorn: couple of conversations with dealer sounded like (my guess work) there is a rotation of the supplying warehouse’s & depends on what day it’s is for what location it comes from. Not just a master order & logistics takes care of the rest. Not to mention the All so new Rykers may not have a extra parts anything with some flying out the door & back order status.
 
Several online retailers have OEM parts in stock. I would call them before you order to confirm the parts are readily available.
 
BRP has a big warehouse in GA.. My dealer got my recall bracket the next day. I live in FL. so that helped also. SO, parts are available. :thumbup: Tom :spyder:
 
I've had a BRP hitch and a "Chalk" RT Rear Panel, for my 2020 RT Limited, on back order for over 2 1/2 months. Last I heard was May 1st it should be at the dealer. I'll know more later today.
 
Your dealer is waiting on more orders so shipping would be free, they dont want to pay for shipping.

That makes sense, not that BRP won’t ship or can’t ship. I repeat, try another dealer. Your other option, of course, would be to try one of our sponsors....just needs a little legwork.

Dealer now says June 18th on the hitch and May 11th on the RT Rear Panel. He also said he wouldn't put money on it.
 
I have been waiting to pick mine up since Wednesday,the dealer in Canada is waiting on getting parts even here in Canada shipping at the moment is slower than ever before. They are replacing a transmission sensor.
