There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Deadwood 3Wheel Rally, 2023 - Getting ready to leave!

And if they do have a presence at the rally, they usually have BUDS with them and are very accommodating about just checking you out if you need it.

Be there Tuesday afternoon. Looking forward to some good rides.

I'll be pulling in roughly the same time. I'm overnighting in Billings, MT on Monday and knocking out the finally couple hundred miles on Tuesday.

Arrived safely today. Obligatory Wall Drug stop and met some fellow Tennesseans. Parked car and trailer in lot at DEC for free. Got packets and meet and greet 6pm tonight. Hope to meet some of you!

In about and hour and a half I'll be heading out on my way to the 3Wheel Rally in Deadwood South Dakota. And not unexpected it is cloudy and it was starting to drizzle. Normally I can just decide not to ride (rain riding is not my cup of tea), but that is not an option today. So I'll put some of my rain gear on before I leave so I won't have to stop to do it later on.

Not a lot of vendors here this year, but still some good ryding to be done in the Hills. The weather was perfect yesterday.

Diamond R has retired and closed up shop and theycwere a big supporter. Did Vanderhall come this year? How about Jeff Dastrup art work? Or the ram mount guy, can't remember his name? Those are some I remember from 2021.

Vanderhall is there offering test drives. Didn't see any accesories. Was going to put on highway pegs at this years rally, guess I'll have to do it myself. I saw some on other bikes that I liked. There is someone doing artwork there.

Was heading to Deadwood, but a check engine light came on, went into the limp mode, although the banner didn’t come on. Was just north of Vernal on 191. The dealership there is coming to pick me up, hopefully a easy fix, but not happy being on the side of road at least help is coming

Tank bag guy is here, Sarah from Tatoo my ride is here , saw Spyderpops this morning, but no Spyder accessories work.
Amsoil guys here. Two tents of Women’s accessories.
About it. T.P.

Big change at Devils Tower, They have added a set of stop lights on the road to the top.
Yesterday we spent a hour in that line.
Many vehicles and motorcycles turning around and leaving out of the line.
Lots of parking for motorcycles now, across from the upper out house. As well as lots of vehicle parking.
You no longer pay to get in, You pay to get out! And guess what ?
Your in another long line.
T.P.

And even though there was a sign warning of long delays, you didn’t see it until you were committed to going in. We were one of those that turned around too. Still had to pay. They should have had a place to turn around before you go got past the booth IMHO.

Very disappointed in the lack of vendors! :( Spoke to Michele who ran it this year. Most vendors canceled when they heard that there was a rally in Milwaukie at the same time. :cus: She kept their money and she won't invite them next year. Spyderpops is in semi-retirement. :hun: Tom :spyder:

I was going to get a set of highway pegs and have them installed there. Oh well ordered a set from Lamonster anyway, install doesn’t look to be too complicated.

For whatever reason the turnout of participants and vendors was a fraction of what they were planning. Still met some great new friends and had some great rides!

I just got back from Deadwood yesterday morning. About 1,400 mile ride. As others have pointed out, I was very disappointed with the vendor turn out. From watching videos of past rally, I brought a load of cash looking to have to things added to my ride. Didn't spend a single dime of it. It rained cats and dogs and hail the afternoon I arrived (Tuesday) but only for like 30 minutes, then it stopped, the sun came out and it was great weather the rest of the time I was there. I'm thinking this may have been a bucket list type of thing for me.

I was expecting more. We also spent $0.00 at the few vendors that were there.

I am glad we went, and happy to have met a few folks that are now FB friends. We had 5 wonderful days of riding, all the must-do rides and then some.

I spoke to the Can-Am rep there, he said they were hoping to get a truck there next year. That will help, I think.

All that said, we will probably go back during a future rally.
