Custom leather seat Mod

So I looked at the Corbins as an option. Pricey and I dont like the basepan being split and ill fitting.
I don't know other options other than the BRP.

So I am once again left to my own devises.... can the stock base plate for the seats be ordered from the dealer (Without leather, foam and shock)??

If so anyone have a part number?

I am thinking of making my own seat with a custom leather hide, but I want to preserve the stock seat and keep it intact.

A full hide is about $150, enough to make at least 4 of not 5 seats. A half hide is about $99. Add good foam and a stock base plate, I may have a winner.

Im sure they will be available at some point. They may not be letting them go just yet due to delivery demands.
I was also going to order a pan so I could get a Russel day long built on one at some point. See if you can find a deal on 2...LOL
