Custom Dynamics Customer Service

I ordered the Fender TIPS kit, front and rear Brightsides, LED front fender replacement bulbs and the mudflap LED light kit. It's amazing how much stuff you have to pull off in order to do those simple, little things. I was getting it all back together to go on a ride with some other Spyder folks and noticed that one of the front Brightside lights (yellow) didn't look quite right.

I looked at the other side and figured out why. There are three rows of LED's that run horizontally and the middle row wasn't lit. Being short on time, and being on a Saturday afternoon, I quickly replied to Custom Dynamics with the email that had my receipt and order confirmation describing what my issue was. I didn't really expect any replies back immediately, since it was the weekend.

By the time we got to our destination I already had a reply from Lynn on my iPhone apologizing and simple stated that they would ship one out first thing Monday USPS Priority at no charge. I have already had two responses from them today with shipping information and once again thanking me for my business. I can add them to my growing list of businesses that are Spyder related that have fantastic customer service. I will definitely use them again in the very near future and I also look forward to talking with them at SpyderFest this year!:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

There is another post just recently where someone was asking who to get lights from. I posted Custom Dynamics has been great to me, but I am the minority and most are saying TricLED. I bought several things from Custom Dynamics and they have been absolutely great and I would and will still recommend them. I am glad that you are happy with them as well.

I bought several things from Custom Dynamics and they have been absolutely great and I would and will still recommend them. I am glad that you are happy with them as well.

I purchased all of my light at once from three different sources. Custom Dynamics had the Brightsides, LED mudflap and TIPS kit for using them as turn signals. I also purchased Vader Wings and the recessed two strip set of running and brake light LED's from Reggy at TricLED. All of those items were warranted for 'see and be seen' reasons and I could justify spending the dough. I purchased a 15' roll of RGB 300 weather proof LED's and a remote control system from SuperBrightLED's (That' for the kiddies and for show).

I haven't installed the rear Brightsides yet, so I'm hoping that they aren't flawed. I've dealt with Reggy recently and he's on the 'awesome' list too, although I haven't installed them yet either. The custom cutting and placement of the items from SpuperBright will be the last thing that I do. I've looked at the contents and they look to be of high quality. I'll definetly report in here if there are any negative experiences.

Custom Dynamics offers a lot of products for Spyders and I have bought a bunch from them and their customer service has been great every time I needed help. We are lucky to have both Tricled and Custom Dynamics!

I agree with that, which is why I said 'customer service'. Unfortunately, quality control isn't 100% in most manufacturing facilities. I really should have hit the lights with a 12 volt battery to make sure that they all lit. From here on out I'm testing all of my lighting before installing it. Those panels can be a real PITA and time consuming, so I'd rather not have to repeat the process again. At least it's not the mud flap. The whole bike or at least the front has to be jacked up and wheels and fenders have to come off.:thumbup:
