I ordered the Fender TIPS kit, front and rear Brightsides, LED front fender replacement bulbs and the mudflap LED light kit. It's amazing how much stuff you have to pull off in order to do those simple, little things. I was getting it all back together to go on a ride with some other Spyder folks and noticed that one of the front Brightside lights (yellow) didn't look quite right.
I looked at the other side and figured out why. There are three rows of LED's that run horizontally and the middle row wasn't lit. Being short on time, and being on a Saturday afternoon, I quickly replied to Custom Dynamics with the email that had my receipt and order confirmation describing what my issue was. I didn't really expect any replies back immediately, since it was the weekend.
By the time we got to our destination I already had a reply from Lynn on my iPhone apologizing and simple stated that they would ship one out first thing Monday USPS Priority at no charge. I have already had two responses from them today with shipping information and once again thanking me for my business. I can add them to my growing list of businesses that are Spyder related that have fantastic customer service. I will definitely use them again in the very near future and I also look forward to talking with them at SpyderFest this year!:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
