• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Curious - does anyone have 08 Premier Edition #2518?

My husband and I purchased the Can Am Spyders when they first debuted. I wish that I had kept mine. Originally it was silver but I had it custom painted candy apple red with a cross on the hood and some white roses in memory of my daughter. It was Special Edition #2518. Wonder if anyone on this forum currently has this Spyder? Wonder if it is still rolling and keeping someone happy. I hope you are enjoying it and maybe one day in the future I will have one again.

DMV might be able to look up for you if have old information like registration or vin#. Long shot but possibly, I came across some past vehicle info with other memories & able to do just that. Admittedly a pack rack of sorts, as well as horrible organization so several folders of past titles-sales & or whatever & various locations. :helpsmilie:

Hoping you can get the information you are looking for. I am guessing it was a "Premier" edition 2008 GS.

:welcome: It is nice to hear from a member that was here before I came on (2/2010). I was AKspyderman in those days. Based on your start date 9/2007 you are one of the pioneer members. :firstplace:

If you still have some old documentation that shows the VIN for it do a Google search for title history and input the VIN. Some sites out there have quite a bit of info and are free. And for a fall back there is always carfax.com, for a modest charge.

Yup it was a Premier Edition. Really wishing I hadn't sold it but maybe there will be another one in my future. Yes, I was an early member when this forum first was getting off the ground. I miss this community.

Come back as often as you want to reminisce. We still have a good group of people to talk with.
