Florida Sane ryders,
Slight change in the meeting location for Mary & I.
If possible I would like to change the meeting location to 1 exit further north on I-75 and SR 90.
There is a Cracker Barrel there where we are planning to have breakfast---but we will be ready to role whenever you get there. There is also a Wal-Mart Murphy just down the street, if you need to fuel up there---as we will do so we can be ready for a 100 mile run.
There is a traffic light to get back out onto 90 (and then I-75) at both Carcker Barrel and Wal-Mart so it will not be a problem leading the group through if you so decide.
We look are looking forward to seeing and ryding with you all REAL soon.
We are leaving for Ft. White (386-497-2729) this afternoon. C-YA RL
Is that in Lake City, R.L.? (That intersection that is)
Chris
Hey Chris
where are you linking up for Cuba? Are you staying at hotel there Monday night.. I wouldn't mind going further on Monday myself
Chris,Hi Hal:
I'll be staying in Madison, Florida. It's a ways west of Live Oak just off I-10. I had planned on leaving Monday morning and working my way over to Chiefland where I was gonna visit an old law school buddy. I then was gonna go up to Ft. White and visit an old friend of mine that I've known for ages. Additionally, I believe that R.L. and Mary are presently up there in Fort White.
After that I was gonna take off for Madison and stay at a motel up in that area. John and Carol will be meeting me at the I-10 interchange there at Madison at the MacDonalds there around 8:00 A.M.ish. on Tuesday.
If you want to make some kind of arrangements, please don't hesitate to call. My phone number is 407-444-5533 (cell). You can also email me at [email protected]. Just let me know Hal.
Chris
Chris,R.L. I have a fairly decent idea about where you live.
Chris
Well we finally arrived in Cuba today at 9:45 pm CT after a 13 hour brutal ryde all day in the rain and having to stop for 2 tornados. Scary as he'll to hear those tornado warning sirens as you are riding through the town.
50 deg. Upon arrival and we are all chilled to the bone.
There ended up to be 7 ryders in our group after picking up our final spyder (Pampchick) in Nashville. She helped guide our leader (spyderryder) and the group through the city which was very helpful.
We are looking forward to some better weather for the next few days.
We are having fun and ryding safe. C-YA RL

R.L., it is truly great to hear that ya'll are safe and having fun. Cindy kicked my butt out of the house yesterday, (Wednesday) morning early and told me to take a couple of days off. As ya'll know I didn't get my spyder from the shop until late Tuesday morning.
I took off and rode up to Fort White, via, Chiefland. All is well up in that area. In fact I put 400 miles alone riding that day. Just got home about an hour ago.
Again, it's great to hear that ya'll are well. Enjoy and say hi to all.
Chris
Well Chris , you missed out on 500 miles of the most dangerous, brutal and challenging ride you could possibly imagine. We were all very thankful when we arrived in Cuba last night and didn't thaw out until this morning. Dodging tornados is more frightening than dodging bullets in Florida..
