There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Cross Country Saddlebags Install Problem

Hi gang,

I'm looking for some advice from anyone who has installed their own Cross County Saddlebags. The part I'm having trouble with is the left side front anchor plate. I can't see how to install the panel nuts the plate screws into. The picture in the install instructions is vague and doesn't look exactly like my bike. It could be I'm missing something obvious or misinterpreting the instructions. So has anyone else had any trouble in this area? It looks like I could make something work by cutting away some of the plastic or removing a much larger section of the back end panel. But I figured I would ask here before making any permanent modifications beyond what the instructions call for. I'm talking about P15 in the picture. Thanks.

Yep, cover came off fine and but I can't figure out how to mount the panel nuts. The right side doesn't have a big enough gap to slide the panel nut on and the left side doesn't look good either. Its probably possible to cut away a bit on the right and fit one on and get the left on from a different angle than the picture. I was just checking to see if anyone else had to do these kinds of mods to get the anchor plate on. Thanks.
