• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Credit Crunch Hits Home

I purchase a lot of new vehicles....so far four, possibly five, in 2008 alone....and not once would any of the dealers take a credit card payment of more than $1,000. I think this is common practice because of the fees.
Can't say that I blame the dealers....but the 1% CC rebate I'd be entitled to getting for using the card would have found a comfortable place in my wallet !

I paid the whole amount using Amex and got an extended year of warranty from Amex. Paid it off in full when the bill came. I gave my dealer $300 to cover his loss. He was nice and did not charge me transportation etc saved me $600.:2thumbs:
