• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Need information the riding comfort of the Corbin passenger armrest and others. I want to make sure that before purchasing Corbin that it is worth the bucks in terms of the amount of comfort that the passenger will experience. Thanks for replying

Corbin armrests

Have a 2011 RTS and rode two years without them. Had them installed last year and the wife just loves them. pricy, but well worth the money.

Corbin Passenger Armrest

We have Diamond R armrest the wife love them and they're adjustable.:doorag:

If your passenger is shorter than 5'6" should try before you buy. My wife didn't like them because her elbows wound up too high and was uncomfortable. Taller passenger would like them.

Installed these for my wife last year before the owners event. She loves them and feels much safer having them.

If you are going to Spyderfest you will see alot of Spyders with differnce one's.
My wife is too short at five foot. Her arms are up to high.

You need to try before you buy! We have them and the wife loves them. She is 6' tall and one of our friends tried them and found them to be to high. She was 5'-6". You can always add them latter but they certainly hold the passenger in .

my girlfriend loves the Corbin Armrests! best mod I did. Installation is not for the faint of heart! It wasn't hard, just pretty involved.

We've had them on our RT Limited for almost 2 years and the wife loves them. She did say they could be a little lower, but I can't see how any arm rests could be lowered on the RT because of the rear speakers.

They are only held on with screws turned into the fiberglass, so they are only for riding comfort. You can't pull or push hard on them when climbing on or off the Spyder. I have a plan in the future to install an steel support frame in them and wrap it around under the rear seat back to make them more secure.

I have the arm rests from Diamond R Accessories. They come in black or chrome. The best feature is they will fold in when not in use. All my passengers say they really increase the comfort level. Take a look at Diamond R's website, they're a sponsor here. Allen and Patty have many great products and they're great people too!

The Corbins LOOK great!
But the lack of any chance for position adjustments definitely puts them in the, "Try before you buy" category.
My Missus LOVED the Diamond-Rs that we had on our 2010; we plan to replace them with the same on the new bike!
