Corbin Needs to revisit their customer service for call in orders.
So far I am very satisfied with my Corbin seat (after 6000k)...BUT I am not satisfied with a special order I placed with them on 8/9 with the promise that I would have what I ordered in 2 weeks. They charged my credit card immediately. NOW I still do not have item...nor do I get any responses to my ?'s about "what's up?"...So based on this I would say Corbin needs to tweak their customer service for call in orders. I did a ryde in for my Corbin seat.
My reason for not going with a Russell? They do not have a fuel door feature that works (because they use the original pan and they have tried a couple times but both doors broke). So that was one of the must haves that I wanted so that eliminated the Russell for me.
Come on Corbin step up to the plate on customer service. Pissed off Spyderlovers are not going to help...we connect with a lot of potential customers.
