• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Compliment from a Harley Rider

We did a 315 mile ride through Jasper Arkansas this weekend and at one of our stops i overheard this conversation between a Harley Rider and a Gold Wing Rider

(on the back of my RT i have a Yosemite Sam Back Off sticker)

Honda Rider: Look at the back off sticker on that thing

Harley Rider: Yeah, you gotta back off, but you gotta try to catch up to him first

These guys were in the group that we were riding with and i had the RT wound up and running.

Thought that was a cool response from the Harley Rider.

We went on a 225 mile run Saturday and when we got back one GoldWing rider commented that the Hwy 19 part of the ride was so curvy that they were dragging the foot pegs trying to keep up with JT... and another said, yea he does takes the curves fast... my wife said I'm dizzy when we got back.

Harley's

We went on a trip this weekend from the St. Louis area to the Harley Museum in Milwuakee Wisconsin. We were with three Harley's. Since I had been there before I got to lead the trip. They complained the whole way about not being able to keep up on the exit ramps. Told them if you want to run with the dogs you got to get off of the porch. Move it!!!!!!!!

I think I saw you at least once. I was down at the Hub in Marble Falls all last week and ran across a couple RT's. Was there 2 RT's in your group?

I remember US 19. I went by to visit Threefeet on the way to SpyderFest going up that road. The speed limit of 55 was my average speed.....driving my Tundra towing the Spyder behind me on a trailer. That was a fun road!

Some the guys I was with made me start riding in the back because they were tired of trying to keep up with me through the twisties. I love riding down there, so many nice roads and so little traffic.

I can't wait

been there, done that, got the tee shirt, done wore it out on our 88 GW. Got some snide remarks from some Honda CB 600 riders when they pulled in at our rest stop. " Are you guys the two old geezers that we have been trying to catch up too?" Our response was must be no one else has been by here. Why? Can't you young puppies keep up? No!!

We never came up on anyone we couldn't pass before! We told them to go ahead we would play catch up.....

Hope to be able to do the Blue Ridge Parkway again but this time on my RTL....
