My 12rts just showed check engine light. Just checked code came up PD171 . What does this code meen ?

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Probably the code is P0171, because PD171 is not a valid code. P0171 is bank 1 too lean. Bank 1 is the front cylinder. Check all the standard stuff for vacuum leak or fuel system issues. Vacuum hoses to the MAP sensor. If you’re still on your original fuel filter, it’s time to change that anyway. A tank or two of injector cleaner. If the two vacuum hoses have never been replaced, start with them. Inspect rubber boot for the throttle body for cracks.

Don't find PD171 but PO171 is a lean mixture problem in bank one. Could clear and your fine or it is in the injectors, fuel supply (filter) 02 sensor etc. Do you have any exhaust mods or fuel controlers..? :dontknow: it may be a newer code not updated to spydercodes...

No exhaust or tuner mods. Vacume hoses have Ben done twice.ben awhile
