• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Cluser Bar graph displays Fuel/Temp

I am considering removing my Analogue Fuel and Temp gauge and using the Cluster Bar graph displays instead

My question is as follows - On the Analogue gauge there is a Red seqment (Low fuel) or (High temp)
My fuel light will come on once the needle has entered the Red seqment and the Cooling fan will cut in once the needle is about
3/4 up the temp gauge - before the Red seqment

Do the Bar graphs have a colour change square when the fuel gets low or the Temp gets overheated
and if not - When should I expect to see either the Low fuel light come on e.g only 2 bars showing
or expect the fan to cut in e.g. after 5 bars

I have never seen the bars in action and want to make sure I know what to expect once I get them in the cluster display

Thanks for any input

I did mine right after I found out is was possible, last year at Spyderfest. I really cant remember any color changes since mine did not run hot at all, but I do fill up when one bar is showing on the fuel side. Mine runs 4 bars in the Florida heat, with an occasional 5 bars in bad beach traffic. Its a quick 4 bolt and 4 wire pull to see if you like it and quick to change back if you dont.

With mine the fan comes on at 5 bars which is usually only in heavy stop and go traffic. The gas portion changes blank as you go down until there are no more bars. Hope you notice that happening before its too late. I switched mine since the gas gauge was so unrelialble showing empty after only 50 miles. The digital is way more accurate.
