There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Club BRP and new 2014 models?

Does anyone know when and where the next Club BRP dealer meeting is? Wondering if I should wait for details on the 2014 info / colors before finally moving on a ST-S. I know everyone mentions late September: but Im looking for the actual dates of the next Club BRP dealer meeting.
thanks

I remember a few dealer owners going to DC around the middle of August last year. They make the announcements for the 2014 model changes and such but nothing on the showrooms until the year turns. With the pic of the "Orange RT" poping up, I am not surprised they are in testing and preparing promos for the event.

Those pictures are interesting...
But the question has to be asked; Were those REAL upgrades, or just put there to disguise the bodywork on the new model year bike?
I sure hope that they're for real...

What happened to all the hoop-a-la?

Did you ever stop an wonder what ever happened to all the hoop-a-la that dealers used to go through when it came to time for the new models to hit the showroom floors?

I can remember going back to work at night to prep the new models, the dealer cleaning and painting the showroom, papering the showroom window glass to heighten the suspense. Parking the new models in a warehouse hidden away from the customers etc...

Another tradition gone by the way side I guess?

But the real question is besides the exterior what lies beneath? A three cylinder Rotax? Different suspension bits and pieces? A new heat flow pathway? Lots of needs with no clear answer yet.

It's all wait and see--but I will bet that's what they were looking for and thinking about. They have us chomping at the bit for the latest and greatest. (2014's).

Also miss the annual announcements like they used to have with all the cars in Sept. or Oct. It was fun to take a trip to all the dealers and see what was new. Now, it depends on the brand. My new car (Suburu Forester), purchased two months ago, is a 2014.

Wow, so there are others out there who miss the annual Fall trips to see the new cars at the dealers. I was a car junkie and had all the brochures etc. Used to go to the NY Car Show yearly - was there when the new E-Type Jag was unveiled and took pictures with a Minox! Now I have a Mazda that is a 2014 model bought it in April 2013. Go figure.

Was told by the local dealer GM that the BRP Dealer's event is in Orlando, FL... can't remember the date...:banghead:
