I'll post a longer more detailed writeup on my dual setup based on parts I bought from Evoluzione later on.
The local shop doing the work finished up today and even after doing the battery disconnect and Ken's O2 Sensor and high flow filter the Spyder has a CEL. Runs good in limited testing.
The mech/tech worked through some troubleshooting with Ken and it was concluded that most likely the O2 elim is bad - which Ken said would be very unusual but not impossible. I do not knwo how it was done, but Ken walked the tech through to pull the actual code and it the source is an O2 sensor complaint.
Ken is overnighting - yes for Saturday delivery - a replacement so I'll know soon enough.
Does the CEL need to be cleared and if so, how? I forgot to ask Ken when I spoke with him on the phone setting up the shipment.
Thanks,
Pete
Update:
Ken responded to a PM. He's quite a guy, but you knew that.
Short answer is fix the underlying problem and the CEL will clear itself . Duh - would of thunk that.
Thanks Ken
