The sticker under the seat next to the gas cap states " 87 Octane minimum". I have found better mileage with 91 Octane w/o alcohol. Unfortunately hard to find in MN and when I do find it the price is $0.30 per gallon more than the 87 Octane ethanol. IMO the price difference doesn't make up for the slightly improved mileage. I do not notice any difference in performance or engine response.
