• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Checking CVT Belt

I'm wondering if there is an easy way to visual check and measure the CVT belt width (with dial caliper) through an opened panel in the Rally. I'd like to do this just for a quick inspection once in a while.

Don't think so. I was cleaning the cvt filter earlier today and could see part of a fan/pulley but no sign of the belt.

Nope. No quick way. You have to lift up top of the bike and then take off about 8 or 10 bolts to take off the CVT cover to gain access.

I changed my belt at the recommended 12000 miles and it looked very good. I personally would check it at 15 or 20000 miles unless really abuse your tryke.
