"Check Transmission" warning

Just got back from 1000+ mile trip, including Deals Gap, on my RSS SE. Twice, after periods of just plain cruising, when we had stopped for a break and when we were checking into the hotel, when I tried to start her again I got the "Check Transmission" warning and she would not go. We waited another 5-10 minutes and off she went.

Anyone else have this happen?

since may of 2011 when i got my 2011 rss i have had 7-8 times dealer said it was buds up date better now but stil does it odd time remove key and walk away 15-20 feet insert key and it sould start dave

Have you ever had it happen when you were in motion?

no not while moving just random on start up just a nuisance just walk away with key then it sould go will check with dealer again also check oil level

I have it happen twice myself. The first time I was low on oil by a quart and the second time after fishtailing a bit on wet roads. The second time oil levels were fine. I just turned the key off and on three times and then started it up and it cleared.
