• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Check out this trunk!

Has anyone seen or installed one of these trunks on their Spyder? It appears to be a nice trunk complete with light kit and locks. I thought it could be mounted on a Kewmetal luggage rack plate. The price is certainly much better than any other trunk out there, and the size is large.

I wonder how it would look on the Spyder. It also comes in black!

Looks like the back of a Mercedes Benz, dosen't have the right design for the Spyder... looks like you just stuck in on top and it doen't match the bike. Maybe if they redesigned it and follow the Spyders lines.

I question how to wire up the lights --- I don't think a direct connect to existing Spyder wiring will work - others that have been into the wiring might be able to reply. But it is nice and the price is OK ...

I have been looking at this model:

The larger one.. No lights, but price seems to be OK.... Easy enough to paint to match any bike - would bolt on to my current BRP carrier.

I actually saw this exact box at a dealer today and it is very cheap! Very cheaply made, and what appears to be a red reflector around the bottom was actually an orange sticker. The plastic was very thin and flimsy!

Sorry, looks like the back of a car or a Stallion; kind of strange. If it was a woman we would wonder if our butt looked big.:yikes:

Thanks for your input. I'll scratch that box off my list.

I looked at those some time ago to add to my husband's Honda Rebel. I have not heard anything good about them. They appear to be cheaply made and flimsy.

Hmmmm. guess we all compare items to the high quality of Corbin, but I'm glad to have input from others. Thanks, SpyderGirl for your adding information to the post.

I've been looking around the same web site as the original poster is using and came up with this box (quality unknown??):dontknow:
