• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Change OE front tire to 195/50-14

Has anyone made the swap to the wider tire yet? If so please let me know what were the differences in handling and if any modification of the fender was necessary. Also does the slight change in revolutions per mile affect the ABS or any other electronic function.

Thank you

I can tell you that it does not affect the ABS at all but you'll probably end up removing the fenders or at the very least cut them to make them fit.

I put 185/60/14s on mine and they BARELY fit under the fender. As it was I had to bend one of the fender supports back a bit to clear the left tire. Very worth while, though. Handling is noticeably improved.

I went to a 205/40 17 and it seems to handle better. I haven't had a chance to test the limits, but with the additional 3-4 inches of width it should keep the nanny happy a little longer.

i changed front rims and now have 225/45 r 15s all the way around. They are hankook ventus r3 really soft. with that and the swaybar and penske shocks it's a completely different beast. Rides on rails. I lost the fenders but have found some carbon fiber replacment and that is my next project. no nanny problems. The biggest problem is hanging on for those high turns
