Well I started today and only completed what I call part one - removal/dismantling of Spyder. It took me 3 hours with lunch break, walking back and forth from garage to computer to check Lamonster how to's relative to BRPs and a few bathroom breaks (I'm old).
All O'K so far - just one two inch slice of thumb. Tomorrow - final part 2 of work- the hard part.
I've attached3 photos that show all parts removed from Spyder and now naked front end, just in case you might want to do this yourself-maybe even feel better about what a dealer would charge you.
