• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I'm trying to install a my cat delete exhaust but having a small problem getting the two nut and bolts to break loose where it bolts the muffler and exhaust pipe together. I'm afraid that I might apply too much pressure and twist the bolt off.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

hot, then remove the bolts, this seems to work well.

I don't think being rusty is the problem. The threads have yellow stuff on the threads that I assume so the nut will not back off.

I had to use Liquid wrench and hacksaw. Then went to true value and bought new socket type bolts. NO more issues.

I have this issue a lot building firearms, the locktite is tough as nails and you certainly can cause damage, which is why I have a heat gun, game changer.
