• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Cat delete seals?

I installed my catalytic converter delete and was wondering if there is suppose to be any type of seal or gasket used between pipes? Not that I think there is an issue but it looks like there was something in the original setup.

What is the purpose of removing the cat convertor?? Besides weight reduction, is there an increase in performance, fuel economy and such?

Reduced radiant heat and it SOUNDs so much better. Yes an increase in performance as well.

Rumour has it that the primary muffler as BRP call it is not a CAT converter at all.

I have the Lamonster pipe and have yet to fit it, as I'm quite worried that it would
be too loud and my garage is directly beneath someone else's apartment. It may not go
down too well with them if I return from a trip (Daily) in the small hours and make a lot
of noise!:yikes: We do have strict noise legislation in the UK in respect of vehicles.

Install it, you will like it. It just is noticeable at idle if you heard another spyder to compare.

Now you just need to add the Cadillac Converter.
