• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

is there anyone out there that uses the CARDO SCALA G9 Head-Set unit.....?
if so.... do you have a cure for LOW VOLUME....? mine is OK @ FULL volume until i get to about 30 mph... after which the wind noise absolutely drowns out either the music or conversations that are going on...
i've seen videos of replacing the speakers with larger ones, but i hate to do that... any help would be greatly appreciated...
PS; Scala reps DO NOT answer my emails when requesting an answer....
thx in advance...

Try this

You used to be able to go online and update your units. I have the G9's but don't have a volume issue and do have noisey helmets. Use mostly Mp3 player and the intercom. Phone also works great. I have not upgraded but should do it online.... is your source volume up...? if my Mp3 volume is down the scala is not loud....

Make sure your speaker placement is correct. it they are not right at your ears it is hard to hear.

They have a jack on the bottom for ear buds. Using those instead of the speakers will give you more volume than you need.

THX all....
i've gone into the software and updated many times... no luck...
i've made certain my speakers are exactly where they should be... no luck...
