• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

i know this is stupid , and I dought this is the place for this question , but i have looked for who to ask , or what to do ... but I got a new computer , and I cant get in here on it because I saved the name and password on this old one . good thing I still have this old computer. anyone who can tell me what to put in the new one to get on ???

“Your user name is” sledge .I assume you can hit forgot password and it should email you at the account you set it up with. Other option would be, since you are already logged in on what ever device you just posted with, hit settings and change password. Reset it and you should be good. You’ll have to retype the login and password on both devices but then you know it if for some reason it doesn’t email you the reset password link. Looking at your profile again your login is sledge

allllllrighty then , Thank you Wmoater , it was a pretty big job......LOL ....... but I got it done . its easy to tell I'm not a computer whiz ...but thanks .

Glad to hear that Wmoater helped you get it sorted

For future reference, if all else fails you can always use the 'Contact Us' button that's in the middle bottom of each page. ;)

If you use Firefox, just click the 3 short horizontal lines on the right side of the browser and a drop down will come on. Click the "Passwords" link on the drop down and it will give you every one to any websites that you have ever saved (unless you intentionally deleted them). Other browsers have the same function somewhere on a link, but I am not familiar with any but Firefox. It has been a long time since I have used any of the others.

Thanks
