• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Can floor boards be installed on a 2012 Limited?

I like the looks of the floorboards on the newest models. The pegs on mine can be a nuisance sometime. Has anyone replaced them with floorboards and how much to do so?

Have seen many many versions of floor boards on RTs...I have a '12 and wanted to add '14 floor boards...nope won't work... Rivco, Big Bike Parts etc. all sponsors on SL.COM have many options Good luck:ohyea:

I have seals on my 2012 RT Limited and really like them.

FLOOR BOARDS

I made my own, it's not rocket science......probably one of the easiest mods you can do.....and considering the savings ,quite worth it .....SpyderTV showed mine of the " This is my Spyder " Video.....Mine are simple but I could have made them longer if I wanted them that way......Good Luck...Mike ............PM me if you want some tips on the easiest way to get it done :thumbup::thumbup:

I always liked my ISCI RT floorboards...

2013-2015 BRP boards will work on a 2012. You also have to change to the newer brake pedal. Kind of pricey but looks factory.

2013 to 2012 Floorboards will bolt right up. Someone on this board has already did the OEM floorboard, maybe they will chime in.

All of the above boards look good!:thumbup: Lots to chose from, good luck and let us know what you get!

I just installed a set of web mini boards on my 2014 RT tonight. The boards went on very nicely, but I had to mod the heel toe shifter in order to make it work. I will post pictures. tomorrow.

Well, here are the pictures that I promised. I purchased the mini web boards, as I wanted to be able to move my feet as far foward as possible, and their full boards, and the seal boards did not allow that since they turn up at the end. The boards went on very well, but the shifter was another story. We adjusted the linkage as much as possible, but we ended up having to notch the rear of the arm belonging to the heel shifter. That was not an issue since the piece is about 1/4" thick. By moving my feet foward, it gives me about 3-4" of additional leg room.
