• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Can anyone identify who had this?

Hi Guys, I've just made a purchase of this trunk from the States and I'm just asking if you know of the artist or the reason or maybe who had it before, thanks:helpsmilie:

I don't know who had it but it is beautiful. you are a very lucky person. Now you will get double the looks and questions when you are ryding. Enjoy

NICE!

I can't help with the artist, but WOW that looks good!!! How did you happen to come across this piece? Is there some kind of sealant or gloss to protect that artwork?

Artist

Found a small signature at the bottom right of the lower snake, it looks like JAMZ, so I looked up airbrush artist from the USA and low and behold his name came up,,,,, James Kunzinger [email protected], looking through some of his many art works it's most likely to be him. I found it on ebay, an agency put it on under any offers with a target price 175$, so i offered 145$ expecting it to be rejected, anyway it wasn't and so after tax and FREE POSTAGE it cost me 175$. It's probably increased the value of the bike by a lot more than that. The finish is a high gloss, but the biggest factor is going to be the stop and look. ( I hope so any way)

Ok now go get some pictures in front of a castle or something and post the picture to Lomont's post about the Free T Thursday. Just thinking that would make an awesome picture.

Castle time

Good thinking, here in Wales we have quite a few castles and old buildings, I'll start planning, ;)

On the way home I took this!!

I thought I'd try a different slant on taking pictures of the RT, so I went to an Haunted house near by and shot some pics, NO PHOTO SHOP WAS USED, that really is mist creaping over the fields.

Sorry just one more

This building is hundreds of years old, so mixing the old with the new seems to work well,

I'll give you $180!

Wanna Make $35??? :joke:
Your Spyder look fantastic! I've go a white one too, but for that price I'd be willing to give it a go! Glad to see you likely found your artist. He'd likely enjoy a pic of his work on the finished product. You could then confirm if it's his work or not.
I might even give him a holler to do some work on my RT, now that I see what he's capable of!
Thanks for posting the pics...quite enjoyable.

Update

I contacted the artist in NY by email and he said that he was not the artist, so it looks like back to square one.
