Hello all,
I contacted two dealers (one in-state and one out of state). No need to mention the dealer names; my intent is not to make anyone look bad. One dealer I have purchased a new bike from before so they know I have green money. I told both I was interested in a 2024 or 2025 Spyder RT STS. Spoke with one on the phone and one over text. One provided a quote after 1.5 weeks. One said they will work on a quote and get back to me ASAP. I offered a trade to the first and they were going to give me a value. I don't need to trade to make the purchase.
Both dealers have ghosted me. It seems in the dead of winter, a Can-Am dealer would want to sell a $30k unit. This does not bode well for after sales support. Should a customer be more aggressive or should the dealer have a higher sense of urgency? What gives? :dontknow:
