• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Can Am BRP Spyder Roadster Rear Tire P225/50/R15 Kenda CHEAP!!!

" More Inexpensive " .......you're kidding , right !, and I believe even Scotty ( the Spyder Guru ) will agree O.E.M. plug wires are cr*p at best.....Gerry you are :bdh:here........Oh and I forgot to mention "Brake pads " ....Ron's "EBC" pads are better also :roflblack: :roflblack: :roflblack: :roflblack: :roflblack: :roflblack: :roflblack:.........Mike
I have not had a problem with misfires from the engine nor have I had a problem with the brake pads (pads are original). 30000 miles on one bike and 40000 on the other. As for tires, I got 25000 miles out of the back Kenda on each bike and 30000 miles on the front tires on one bike while the other bike still has the original front tires and going strong. This is why I tend to stick with the original Kenda tires, and the fact that they are the only ones recommended by BRP.

I guess we will just have to agree to disagree .
As for disneyman, he will probably get the best performance out of the tires that Lexus recommends. I mean they engineered the car and have tested it no doubt with different components prior to manufacture.;)

The reason i made the post was for the folks that were sayn that the BRP price had gone up to 199.00 an yes we all have an use differnt thangs i love a Chevy i have a 90 Pickup 87 ElCamino but i also own a 72-06 VW and a 2013 Hyundai . my3gs, Hi mike here ....You didn't ruffel any of my feathers and I hope I didn't "ruffull" any of yours......and yes this is sort of a " family " here and we all pick and poke to some degree......Some more than others ( ;) ;) ). But all in all we do try and get along, share knowledge, help others, learn, and hopefully become better Spyderlover's in the process...Good-night......Mike......:agree:

 This is almost getting ugly in here... I think that maybe some folks in here might need to "agree to diagree", and let things roll on...
Have another cup of "Brown Ambition", and relax...

Different tire compoundx.

Had heard that there are different compounds, hard and soft. Our 2011 had 15,000 and all the tires looked brand new. Our 2014 rear tire just over 7,000 is getting thin in the center. Has kept at 287psi, but another owner recommending going to 25psi to gain some additional miles before changing. And when buying a new tire get the hard compound. Any other suggestions or experences?
