Calls from BRP?

Has anybody received any calls from BRP? I have had about 10 missed calls from BRP. Nobody leaves a message when I can't take the call and no response when I do answer. This has been going on for about 5 weeks now. It's kinda driving me crazy :banghead:

Sounds like an auto dialer problem. They don't leave a message and are supposed to transfer the call to a live body when someone answers on the other end. Other than that :dontknow:

I get Out of Area calls or no number calls. Most all of these are calls about VA home loan. I don't answer either.

Wife says she has been getting calls from Quebec Canada. Number is 818 566 3999. They leave no message. Oh an it is BRP.

It is probably the BRP rep doing a survey call. I complained that nobody ever calls me and they actually did. I spent about 45 minutes talking good and bad about Spyder with the representative.

same issue. I get to my cell phone and click answer and the line goes dead. I redial and it dials BRP corp offices in Canada. I have voice prompt so the name comes up as Emily from BRP is who they say is calling but they never wait long enough for me to pick up. its like 3 rings and then they hang up!

I actually now have the number in my cell phone listed as BRP so I know.

Great explanation and supporting info. It is an auto dialer problem.

Emy is the rep. Contact her through the SL site. She can be PM'd. Use Emy for the name. Let her know you have been contacted and have not been able to contact her back because of the phone set up.

BRP calls

They called me asking about the satisfaction of our purchase (6 weeks ago). Asked about the dealer, set-up, operation of bike and asked if I was aware of any recalls not completed. Very personable yong lady that was clearly reading from a script. Dealer has also called twice, once after pick-up and again after the 600 mile service and trailer delivery
