• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Call from BRP?

Had a couple of calls from BRP that I missed the past couple of days. Called them back this morning and the guy had no idea why they were calling me. He thinks it has something to due with their "outbound project". Anybody else gotten calls the past couple of days? And if so what did they tell you? Thanks.
 
I got one last week and it was a follow up to my email asking about fuel mileage. They still claim 40mpg but none of us are seeing it.
 
She asked me about every subsystem from the instrument cluster, handling, acceleration, styling, biggest pluses and minues, etc. I obviously voiced the issue about the clunky drivetrain and the idea of BRP giving trained dealer techs a kickback for post assembly laser alignment. Was an interesting interview. Everything was rated based on a 1-7 scale.
 
I also received a call last week and couldn't talk then. Received a call this afternoon. As CTAC reported it was a post purchase follow up call to elicit positive comments and concerns.
 
Thanks for the info. I was thinking it was going to be a marketing call and at the same time was crossing my fingers that it wasn't going to be a safety call.
 
They like to do telephone surveys with owners. Sometimes if you participate in the call they put your name in a drawing for gift certificates. I would take the call and give them your honest feedback, they have listened to our wants in the past and maybe they will again.
 
I got the survey call last evening. Many questions on a 1-7 scale; seemed like an off scale but anyway. Gave them by best response to the questions.
