• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

California registration

I have a 2013 STL. I recently moved from Arizona to California and I'm trying to get my spyder registered. The lady at AAA told me that they need to find the VIN number in two places on the bike. The first one is obvious. But the second (according to the operator's manual) is stamped on the lower frame on the left hand side. The picture in the book points to the left front wheel. I pulled the tupperware from the front left side but can't begin to find the frame. how much more needs to come off the bike to make the lady happy?

I guess this is not the tome to talk about registering vehicles in California.

Try this..

on my 2012 the vin is stamped on the frame righthand side...you can see it from underneath....👀

20150501_215154_resized.jpg not sure on the 2013's but you can check there anyway....

Finding the front VIN

Thank you for posting the picture. I have spent the better part of 2 days trying to locate that VIN. I'm still searching how to get to the engine number.

Thanks again.
