• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Cajun Spyder Ryders - "The Hot Ride"

Sting

On August 3, 2013 deep in the swamps of Louisiana rode a group of Spyder Ryders. With temperatures at 104 degrees and humidity at 100 percent, the journey they took will forever be known as "The Hot Ride."

ride

looks like you had a great time but it is 87 degrees here and i am hunkered down with the AC on so i would of never survived

Looks like uinz had a great ride and a fun time in spite of the pumid (putrid + humid) day.

My oldest daughter lives in Denham Springs and we usually visit in the really late fall when the weather is at least tolerable.

Cajun Ryders

 Thanks, Sting. It was hot but that bad. As the only yellow Spyder at least I could find myself. There are alot more places to ryde down in this cajun country of ours and a lot more great places to eat. We have many more miles to cover and fresh seafood to eat.

I just spent a week in Grand Isle. People who have not been there only can imagine what hot is really like. Great food and great people though.

Signed: transplanted cajun

Thanks for posting. Even though it was HOT, you seem to be having a good time. I rode with a group last Saturday. It was also hot in Georgia. My bike went into limp mode (engine overheat) 3 times.
