• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Buying my first Spyder

Maybe its just paranoia but I can't help but feel that whenever I buy something new from a dealer i'm getting screwed! Everything is stacked in the "houses" favor. That being said, I am in the processing of buying a 2015 FS-S Semi with most, not all, of the "Touring Escape Package". The dealer breakdown to me seems like he is taking mostly a 10% discount on each 'extra' escape piece. I would have expected a better (deeper) cut. Am I asking for too much or this about what you'd expect?

Any feedback would be appreciated,

Thanks,

Dont ask me after 2k miles of pure joy, now having major issues with my F3. That being said, how much are you paying just for the F3-S without the extras? The other accessories can sometimes be found on ebay for 20% less then dealer and you dont pay tax or some dealers like mine give you 20% off accessories after the purchase. Just something to consider.

My dealer drops 15% off of the price of accessories at the drop of a hat... nojoke
It doesn't hurt to ask him to "sweeten the pot" a little bit!

I would also ask for free 1st service (@3k miles). I think my service dept guy said it was $360ish...

Lack of discounts on those package F3 prices are a big complaint lately. Many good suggestions posted above.

You can remind him the 2016's will be out in a couple of weeks. Or if you wait there might even be a touring version of the F3.
Good luck on your decision. But at least the 2015's might be discounted a little more. Bob

Slight edit to this. 2016's will be announced in a couple of weeks but not delivered until February(ish).

For some good prices you should check out iMotorsports.
