• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Buy FS T or F3 Ltd or F3 Ltd SS

Good price reductions right now and I can get any of the above three bikes at good prices. I can get the Ltd or Ltd SS for about 1900 extra (all taxes in)

Do people think the extra $1900 is worth what you get? Seems to me it is mostly trim except for the heated grips and floorboards. Thoughts? The F3 T comes with audio

also I can add 2 years of best coverage for $600. Thoughts?

I like the F3 Limited. But, that's just me.

Having just been through this, I can offer how I made my own decision, but we are all different.

The F3 Limited and F3 Limited SS include the 4 speaker audio, heated grips, USB power outlet, floorboards and trim, all of which are options on the F3 T. To purchase the BRP boards alone if you want to upgrade the F3 T later will cost you probably $1100usd including fitting. ($1500 out here in Oz, which is ridiculous). You can of course get Lamonster, Seal etc boards for a lot cheaper, but you get my drift.

I went with the Limited because I wanted boards for my size 15s, heated grips and usb power outlet.

You just have to decide if you will ever want to put any or all of - boards, heated grips, usb power and 4 speaker audio on the F3 T at a later date. Having ridden the F3L back from the dealers for 3 hours in sub 50 degree temps, I am glad I went that way.

However, if the answer for you is is "no, I'll never look at putting those accessories on", go with the T and save your money.

There's realty no wrong choice hidden under ANY of those saddles.
Pick the color that you like best, and then start working from there; Happy Shopping! :D

For Me

We ryde year round so I needed the heated grips. I went with the F3L because of heated grips and boards and color. I didn't want the silver strip on the motorcycle but prefer the solid Intense Red Pearl. The SS is nice but having test ryden it a lot during our 4 weeks of BRP demo days, it gets dirty real fast, and that Mat black really shows the finger prints and looks nasty after awhile. JMHO!

As I see it...

It's all in what you want and how much you are will to do yourself. The built in price for the extras will always be cheaper than buying the parts and having them installed. But if you go aftermarket and install them yourself there is a lot to save...choices choices....
