BUDS question

In another thread it was mentioned that BRP has modified Limp Mode regarding the speed/rpm of the engine based on the actual problem. When the dealer hooks your spyder up to BUDS will the spyder automatically be updated to any and all updates that your spyder is missing? Or, does the dealer have to manually go into an update menu and click on a specific update?

When you hook to BUDS any outstanding updates should be listed. Your dealer can also look these up on his computer by your VIN#. Some updates are automatic, and some require a certain procedure to be followed by the tech. Your tech will know what to do.
