• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

BRP's Saddlebag Priority System?

I ordered my cross-country bags on Nov 25th, 2014. They still aren't in.

However, while in Phoenix, I stopped by a local dealer and they had 2 sets in inventory!!! WTF?

So, I had them install the bags so I could use them on the trip back to Indiana (I had fastened a couple of backpacks to the grab bars for the trip out). Of course, they didn't (and had no reason to) honor the 15% off that my original dealer gave me, even though they were nice enough to honor the "old" price of $1,299.

So, a nearly 7-month old order goes unfulfilled in Indiana while Arizona has sets in inventory. :banghead:
I hope BRP is reading this. (If so, I'd like my 15% back, please.)

That said, I do want to express my appreciation to Mike Galyon at Ridenow Powersports in Chandler, Arizona, however, for going way out of his way to get the bags into his store (from dealerships in other towns) and get them installed for me. He (and the Service Department) were great to work with. If you're every in Chandler, I recommend that you stop by their place. Pretty impressive operation.
 
I was wondering the same when I picked mine up a little over 1 month ago... They had a set
of the bags coming in that same Friday. Pure speculation here but, my dealer was a Platinum
level (carried only BRP and not a multi-manufacturer that may also carry Honda, Ducati....etc).
Just BRP stuff. Possibly these dealer rated places have priority on the list. (?)
 
Did your original dealer botch up the ordering process? A lot of things can happen in seven months.

BRP may not be at fault here. :dontknow:
