• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

BRP's Free Gas Caps

A friend told me yesterday that he recently got the new gas cap from BRP. Strange thing is, he only owned an early GS a few weeks before trading it back to the dealer. He didn't get any free tickets to the Intl Motorcycle show in Charlotte though!

Tell him that he MUST review Lamont's gas cap installation video before attempting to install it... :roflblack:
Seriously  ; He could attempt to see if there's anybody out there who bought a used Spyder, and hasn't been contacted yet...

IF he is open to the Idea, I need one of the new gas caps. I purchased my Spyder used and have registered it through BRP but have yet to get a replacement. I will be more than happy to pay any shipping Expense.

I received a total of 4 (four) gas caps. One for each :ani29: I have owned. I passed along the first two to the current owners, and put the others on my RT's. I did make the mistake of not waiting for the installation video. After winging it, I seem to have been on track with the installation though.

once gone..!!

When you got rid of your spyder (alas) it was never re-registered so you are still the owner of that :spyder: as for the tickets, not everyone got them. The gas cap is a safety issue the show is for fun..
