• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

BRP will have a corporate event at the North East Motorcycle Event on April 25-26. I was just wondering what those rides are like and how long. I have not ridden a spyder yet, so I'm a little nervous riding in a group. Thanks for any info. I'm getting closer by the day to owning one.

Go do the test ride it lasts for about 30min road time, with sort car park test first. This will make you take next step.

Its well worth it. There is a short video you watch first then you do a test route around a parking lot course to get the hendling down then you hit the road for 30 min or so.

I just did the BRP test ride last week. I was up front about limited experience on a motorcycle (less than 500 miles). The sweeper of the ride said all I had to do was pull over and they would make sure I would get back safely.

Even though the ride was vigorous, I did fine because the Spyder is so straightforward to ride. It shifted easily. The steering became second nature after only a few minutes. I had a blast.

DO IT!!! You won't regret it.

It was a fun day!
