• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

BRP Facebook Event

No LED lights for the F3 - disappointing. Also no other changes for the F3-S. With that I ride my F3-S another year, maybe 2021 will finally have the big throw (engine HP, shaft drive, tilt technology) for the F3-S.

BRP Does It Again. A big build up for a disappointing reveal. I admit that there will be many who think the F3-ising of the RT/RTL is "the greatest thing since sliced bread'. Since it's still belt driven and powered by the 1330 Rotax triple, I don't see a compelling reason for me to give up my low mileage(15K) Pearl White'15 RT Limited. That goes for low mileage 14-19 models too. The color palate is too bland for me. The difference between the Chrome and Dark editions is not that much in the 2020s

The reveal event was typical of the last few years. This was a "dealer" reveal and many comments were made that they can go look at all the stuff in the displays at the meeting.

As usual...we got the teasers... but I found the 2 minutes of Spyder to be interesting.

When the build it page was posted later...I went to it this AM.

I looked, I liked, I printed a build it page, I looked at potential dealers.

They got me with the RT in Petrol (Aqua) color...been waiting for that since about 2013. I like the "clean" look...no top box. Found two accessories...the heated comfort seat and the front auxilliary light. No need for the $2K top box in back. So far...$24K and change.

Remaining....a dealer who is willing to give me a good deal....and I am hard when it comes to that. The looking and make an offer stage to follow.
