• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Got the following email from the woman in charge of the sale at the arena.

"I know they are working on shipping, but they are not use to shipping cross border, so it is requiring more paperwork than estimated.... sorry for the delay... I know they are doing their best to get everyone their purchases asap"

Seems a little ridiculous to me to get this 10 days after it was supposed to ship.

There are some fun and games involved with shipping across borders. I got the occasional mail order from Canada when I was in the leather business. It truly was a PIA to fill out the paperwork, take the package down to the PO and have it shipped. It also took an extra week just because. It sounds like they have not improved the system much.

In another thread yesterday I mentioned the problem of listed countries, then caught on to Etats-Unis. Like Can Am Chris I sent a email. Today I was notified that has been corrected.

Maybe they don't like the Yankee dog English, but it seems money talks. We are now known as the United States, so order way.
 
I got the tracking number on Saturday and the new wheels today. Can't beat that!

Actually, got my tracking# today, and emailed Eric back at Performance NC that
they had my last name misspelled on the invoice and was worried that
might cause a delay on receiving my helmet. Was told "No" it's all good...........received helmet today:yes::2excited:
My only concern when I purchased knowing they were going to ship was that they pack the helmet in
a container that would not be abused, that was not done, (sent on original box, no extra padding) so
I hope everyone in the delivery business treats these like
there son was going to wear them. As I am
typing this I realize my last 3 helmets could have been shipped the same way, and It saved my brain. So ....
never mind, I have my helmet:cheers:
 
I am wondering if anyone who was at the Homecoming event in Valcourt, purchased items at the arena and had them shipped home. I purchased two items, was told by BRP/Performance NC that they would be shipped Tuesday June 6th(at my expense). I had not received my items or heard from them so I finally contacted BRP. A week later I am still waiting for some kind of an explanation. Any one else in this predicament? Dan

Your goods are tied up in customs.
When I buy goods from USa they are held up in customs sometimes for weeks not days.Be patient.
